CHICKEN BBQ RANCH CASSEROLE – JULIA PACHECO
|3 cups cooked shredded chicken|
|1/2 lb bowtie pasta|
|1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon|
|2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese|
|15oz can of corn, drained|
|4oz diced green chilis, optional|
|1/2 cup ranch dressing, any brand|
|1/3 cup BBQ sauce, any brand|
|1/2 tsp garlic powder|
|1/2 tsp onion powder|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Boil the pasta according to the package directions, drain.
- In a large bowl add the cooked pasta, cooked shredded chicken, bacon, 1 cup of the cheese, corn, rotel, green chilis, ranch, BBQ sauce, and seasonings stir to combine the ingredients.
- To a 3 QT baking dish add the mixture in then top with the remanning cheese bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melty. Enjoy
