SOUS VIDE OSSO BUCO
Though it takes a long time to cook — two whole days — it’s well worth the wait!
We recommend garnishing this sous vide osso buco with gremolata, a mixture of minced garlic, lemon, parsley, and pine nuts made easily in the food processor (but it’s also fantastic without it).
(Pro-tip: When the osso buco is done, scoop out the bone marrow and enjoy it on toasted bread.) the best recipes for 9 types of turkey sausage.
